What is the Blockchain Sports Foundation?

Stewards of the ATLETA blockchain, the BCSports Foundation is a group of specialists involved in the oversights of the entire Web3 division of products.

Every decentralized ecosystem requires that there be groups of sophisticated entities with technical capabilities involved in the processes of optimization, testing, ecosystem growth, community management, and everything in between; especially during the early stages of its development.

This is the Blockchain Sports Foundation.

What does the Blockchain Sports Foundation Do?

As an organization with the sole purpose of ensuring the quality and growth of the Blockchain Sports Web3 Ecosystem; the Blockchain Sports Foundations handles a broad range of functions spanning multiple different categories; from business development, marketing, and partnership screening, to application maintenance and governance coordination; here is a non-exhaustive breakdown of what the Foundation does:

• Identify and Build Partnerships Conducting due diligence on potential partners, screening their teams, products, and communities to ensure that all of the best possible brands make their way into the BCSports ecosystem. Attracting large amounts of partnerships is great, attracting large amounts of quality partnerships is even greater.

• Deterring Unfavorable Relationships Maximally deterring the Blockchain Sports On-Chain ecosystem from becoming involved with malicious or questionable entities. Due to the nature of the Blockchain network being decentralized and permissionless, any entity can deploy whatever, whenever they desire; so even though the BCSports Foundation cannot force them to stop; it will monitor all network activity to the best of its ability and issue notices to the community of any any potential risks. Aware that is simply not possible to always ascertain the true intentions of actors in the digital world; BCSports Foundation will leverage the inputs of external, neutral third parties to guide in the evaluations processes; tap into some of the industries best analytical entities, as well as, the responses of the community at large.

• Manage Partnerships The BCSports Foundation is a leading actor that will be staying in constant communication with ecosystem partners to keep one another up-to-date on the overall wellbeing of the project, sharing ideas for collaborative growth, coordinating incentives campaigns, and maintaining consistency in technical standards.

• Promote the full suite of Products With a multitude of products, across multiple different categories, spanning the entire spectrum of user preferences; the Blockchain Sports Foundation will be creating promotional materials and conducting marketing activity to bring all of the products into the publics conscious.

• Manage $ATLA Treasury Allocating ecosystem resources in an effective way to reduce/remove economic waste; the Blockchain Sports Foundation will handle the On-Chain Treasury reserves of the ATLETA network. Initially the Treasury operates under a hybrid ownership model between the Foundation and the on-chain governance members; however, it will over time transition fully into the communities control. Before the transition is finalized, BCSports Foundation will retain the final say on how assets can/cannot be used.

• Implementation of governance proposals Applicable primarily to the early stages of the ATLETA network's growth; the Blockchain Sports Foundation will be the entity coordinating with the governance members to implement any potential technical upgrades that the community decides to push through.

• Provide Support to Early community members While the Blockchain Sports on-chain ecosystem is picking up its social velocity, the Foundation will manage all of the official social media channels to guide and new comers and support existing community members with the knowledge/resources to navigate, utilize, and understand the ecosystem properly.
