ACMn is a radical new paradigm in market architecture built on making athletic careers a tradeable asset by leveraging blockchain technology.

The markets are based on the delta in athlete valuation as their careers progress. The value of an athlete at 16 with no formal training is immensely different than at 20 after participating in pro-league games. The BCSports Athlete tokens capture the spread between the early stage value of an athlete and their maturation.

Aspiring young athletes train diligently and the most promising amongst them are scouted by talent organizations and given opportunities to train for a professional career. Whenever that young athlete signs into their first preliminary academies/organizations, they are ascribed a valuation based on their current capabilities and demands, a sophisticated guesstimate of what another professional entity might acquire them for.

BCSports mechanism will allow this valuation to be formally inducted through public market operations and give fans a chance to own a portion of a budding superstar.

For the duration of their stay at the initial organization, athletes are subjected to rigorous training to hone their skills and prime them for the major leagues. Those who excel in their professional development are picked up by talent scouts for other professional-level clubs, sign new agreements, and their careers are supercharged with an injection of capital, capital that was previously entirely captured by the initial scouting entity.

Those initial entities can now share the economic upside of an athlete's career acquisition with the public.

Each athlete is traded on the assumption that the “IAO” (Initial Athlete Offering) value at which the athlete was brought to the market and their future potential resale value. Each individual tokenized athlete is an asset that falls into the ACMn framework; by taking the aggregate of all the economic activity that takes place by trading the assets, a dynamic market unlocks.
