Welcome to the Official Whitepaper for the BCSports blockchain, Atleta.

From the thinking that has gone into the blockchain's architecture, to its configuration, operations, primitives and performance; this introductory document intendeds to present the audience with a high level overview of information pertaining to the ATLETA blockchain network.

After reading this document, the reader should gain a fundamental understanding about every individual technological elements of the network, including the virtual machine, consensus mechanism, governance framework, node operations, token economics, and everything in between.

This is a working document that is being updated in-real time alongside the maturation of the project and evolution of our thesis.
